Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of 50+ Retail stores across the country
- Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts
- Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores
- Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams
- Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams
- Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate + MBA (Pref) with 15+ years experience in Managing the retail business of any reputed FOOTWEAR Category.
