A vacancy exists for a qualified Retail Manager, to work in the retail environment of the hospitality industry (retail food selling trucks) in the Sydney region of NSW.
Minimum of three years relevant experience and a Diploma, or alternatively four years relevant experience
Salary package - $85K to $95K per annum, plus superannuation.
Duties include:
- Planning, co-ordinating and directing the day to day operations of multiple mobile outlets
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
- Managing inventory levels, stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships
- Managing and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, rostering and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety law and relevant regulatory
