Retail / Kitchen Supervisor (Santiago)

Overview

We are looking for a conscientious, hands‑on working supervisor to assist in the smooth running of our retail units within Central Fife. These will include the dining room and Grab & Go within Victoria Hospital as well as our cafe at Whyteman's Brae hospital. The service covers breakfast and lunch along with a growing hospitality provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual in this role with a dedicated team of staff who strive to achieve the best on a daily basis.

The Catering Supervisor Will

• Supervise daily activities within the retail catering service, dining room, Grab & Go, and Whyteman's Brae Cafe ensuring performance is maintained to the highest standards.


• Motivate, support and train team members to deliver excellent customer service.
