Role Summary
As a Retail Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sustainable business plans and 7P strategies by synthesizing deep knowledge of buyer dynamics and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Define growth strategies and 7P frameworks for the Channel/RE to ensure the achievement of sales targets and channel profitability.
- Develop and manage business investment plans that align with strategic priorities and drive sustainable commercial growth.
- Monitor the end-to-end implementation of commercial plans, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Analyze Nielsen data, trends, and buyer dynamics to identify market opportunities and optimize decision making.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure all plans are integrated and executable.
