Position

Reporting to the VP of Retail and Wholesale, the Country Manager role is responsible for managing operations in the Mexican market, driving strategic growth, developing business, and maximizing profitability. The role focuses on achieving sales objectives, profitability goals, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and building highly motivated teams by developing managers within Fendi and LVMH.

Responsibilities Sales & Client Development Create annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve financial targets. Lead and develop the retail team to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain client relationships to meet business goals. Closely monitor and analyze sales performance in all stores. Ensure that all employees are assigned sales and productivity goals and that they receive training and coaching to reach these goals.
