Retail Buyer Assistant — Data-Driven Growth & Profit

MicroSourcing is seeking a Buyer Assistant (Retail) to analyze category performance and drive commercial opportunity. You will evaluate sales, margin, and inventory trends to support profitable decisions and better stock management.

You will develop dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, collaborate with Category Managers on range reviews, and monitor supplier performance to sustain market leadership. Onsite work with shifting schedules in Metro Manila.
