As a Retail Analytics Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Data Analysts within the Retail unit. You combine people leadership with operational contribution, ensuring both strong delivery and continuous competence development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team while fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and evolve the analytics vision by establishing long-term measurement frameworks, KPI governance, and a roadmap for advanced analytics that supports retail strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can unlock value and influence key decisions.
