We are currently hiring a Retail Administrative Coordinator at Princess Auto in Guelph, Ontario. The role supports the store operations by providing general administrative support and specific human resources assistance to Team Members and Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to Team Members and leaders in the store.
- Facilitate the implementation of policies.
- Participate in recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Team Members.
- Coordinate wellness and disability management processes.
- Manage scheduling for all store Team Members using the time and attendance system.
- Help leaders plan and execute team meetings and events.
- Administer the Team Member uniform program.
- Work with the Royal Service Academy to coordinate and track training program completion.
