Restructuring Finance Analyst — Distressed Transactions

Senna is expanding its Madrid office and is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join their Financial Restructuring Group. The successful candidate will work on creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings, as well as distressed mergers and acquisitions, contributing to a global practice.

The role requires a strong academic background, proficiency in financial modelling, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders and participating in complex negotiations.
