• Build and optimize restaurant onboarding capabilities at Rappi.
• Provide the best possible experience to our restaurants, making Rappi the delivery app-of-choice to partner with.
• Manage an Ops team.
• Manage relationships with general providers.
• Ensure OKRs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues.
• Create analyses to generate actionable insights.
