- Sommelier certification or hospitality degree is a plus.
- High level of English is essential; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of wine regions, types, and local vineyards.
- Computer literacy is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
