Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple branches
- Ensuring all SOPs and company standards are strictly followed
- Coordinating and following up with branch managers
- Supporting store teams to meet targets and deliver excellent service
- Reporting directly to upper management and providing regular updates
- Helping implement improvements and training when necessary
Qualifications
- Must have experience in the food industry
- Previously held a managerial position (area supervisor, branch head, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be 28 years old and above
- Willing to travel between branches
- Trustworthy, proactive, and results-driven
