About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a passionate Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team. Reporting to the Restaurant Chef, the Sous Chef plays a vital role in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently, maintaining high-quality food production, and preparing for successful service, assisting the Head Chef.

What You Will Do

  • Managing a designated area of the kitchen, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
  • Supports the head chef in menu planning, kitchen organization, and operational tasks, such as managing schedules and overseeing food safety practices.
