Restaurant Server

The Restaurant Server is responsible for all tasks related to food and beverage service in an efficient and professional manner, in accordance with brand standards. This position is committed to provide genuine hospitality and meaningful experiences to each and every guest. This includes, engaging in casual conversation and creating an experience by providing excellent service and anticipating guest requests.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Be present in the restaurant/lounge in full uniform before the scheduled time and ready to work.
• Be equipped with the proper tools for the job including pens, order pads, corkscrew, matches, linen service napkins and most importantly, a great smile!!
• Check for station assignments from the manager for your scheduled shift.
• Double-check your station for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Check and set up all mis-en-place for your shift. I.e., dollied plates, coffee, pepper mill, chees...
