Restaurant Server

Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist them to their seats
• Present the menu and explain food and drink items when needed
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and proper manner
• Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
• Assist customers with additional requests or concerns
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Prepare tables before and after service
• Process customer payments or assist with billing when required
• Follow company rules, food safety, and sanitation standards
