Restaurant Reception Manager (F&B)

We are looking for Reception Managers across our various F & B venues at Atlantis The Palm. You will be responsible for delivering five-star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile, and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories while dining with us. Forming strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel and its suites, local Dubai residents and regulars will be an important aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat customers, capturing new business, and communicating any special requests and needs of guests to the restaurant management team.
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge and passion for the brand you represent and play an active role in building and managing the guest database.
