Salary range $37.00/hr to $39.00/hr.
Must speak English.
Production & Kitchen Operations (BOH)
- Oversee all food production, including dough preparation, sauces, toppings and daily prep;
- Manage and supervise line cooks and pizza makers to ensure quality, speed and consistency;
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with all health and safety regulations;
- Develop and enforce standardized recipes, portion control and production procedures.
Inventory, Ordering and Cost Control
- Control inventory, managing all ordering of food, packing and supplies;
- Maintain strict inventory controls to minimize waste, theft and stockouts;
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to improve margins.
