A well-established and growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in the United States. This role is ideal for a strong people leader with a passion for Spanish cuisine , operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Manage, motivate and develop large front-of-house teams, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Guarantee excellent service standards and a consistent guest experience at all times
• Work closely with kitchen and senior management to align operations, quality and commercial goals
