- Minimum 35 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Experience with stock control, cost management, and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems.
