COYA is a worldwide renowned luxury lifestyle hospitality brand with venues in London; We are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury high‑end brand.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events.
• Attention to detail with good customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management.
• Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English.
