Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Hospitality Management qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager within a busy 4 or 5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Proven experience managing high-volume breakfast and lunch services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with Micros Simphony and Opera PMS
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, stock control, labour management and cost control
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Valid South African ID or valid work permit
