Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hospitality Management qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager within a busy 4 or 5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Proven experience managing high-volume breakfast and lunch services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Micros Simphony and Opera PMS
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, stock control, labour management and cost control
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Valid South African ID or valid work permit
