Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Breakfast & Lunch)
Location: Bantry Bay, Cape Town
This role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and hands‑on hospitality professional to lead one of the hotel's busiest outlets, overseeing both the breakfast and lunch operations. It requires leading, developing, and motivating a large Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hospitality Management qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager within a busy 4 or 5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Proven experience managing high-volume breakfast and lunch services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Micros Simphony and Opera PMS
