The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Menu Planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes
• Organising and planning events to benefit restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers
• Organising and pricing itemise accordance with a preset budget
• Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
• Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with the health regulations
