Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and optimization of restaurant management systems (RMS) to ensure reliable operations, accurate reporting, and system performance across all branches.
- Lead inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, inventory accuracy, forecasting, and optimization to support business needs.
- Manage supply planning processes to ensure timely procurement, replenishment, and product availability across the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to drive system enhancements and adopt best operational practices.
