Restaurant Guest Experience Concierge

SupportFinity™ in Metro Manila is seeking a customer service representative to ensure every guest feels cared for, valued, and respected. You will greet customers with a warm welcome, escort them to their accommodations, and ensure they receive quality service throughout their dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess flexibility to work in shifts. A height of 5'3 or above and basic computer literacy are preferred.
