We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to run a successful Vancouver restaurant with a focus on growing the business through excellent service, an energetic atmosphere and quality food & drinks. Responsible for supporting operations across a 150-seat restaurant offering a full-service dining room, lounge, and bar for lunch and dinner service.

Duties will include the following: · Working in the restaurant during key meal periods to ensure memorable, quality guest experiences. · Building the regular clientele to establish the restaurants in the local market. · Recruit, train and manage key staff that add value and follow expectations. · Set the atmosphere and tempo of the restaurants to promote a lively, energetic vibe. · Service standards to include quick, professional service, reading guests expectations. · Establish food and drinks standards with quality menu items while maintaining efficient bill times. ...
