Prepare and follow up on employment contracts and employee-related documents. Support recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation. Coordinate with Finance or payroll providers on payroll data, attendance, leave, and employee payments. Ensure HR procedures are aligned with Moroccan labor law and CNSS requirements. Follow up on probation periods, contract renewals, leave requests, and daily employee inquiries. Prepare simple HR reports related to employees, attendance, leave, and recruitment when needed.
