Your Tasks
- Order processing: Overall responsibility for the timely, cost‑effective, and quality‑compliant handling of the assigned customer portfolio
- Hub function: Central contact person for customers as well as an important interface to internal departments
- Finance & Planning: Preparation of offers, post‑calculations as well as forecast and sales planning
- Data & Analysis: Preparation of statistics, evaluations and customer‑specific KPIs as well as careful maintenance of customer data
- Quality assurance: Responsibility for complaint management and process monitoring
