Overview
Your Opportunity: New Recruitment funding process for new hires has been secured. Join our team and the manager can apply to provide a recruitment incentive with an agreed upon return for service agreement. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
Full-time (0.8–1.0 FTE) Return for Service (RFS) Agreement is required: $25,000 for a 2-year RFS; $41,500 for a 3-year RFS; $60,000 for a 4-year RFS. Part-time (0.4–0.79 FTE) Return for Service Agreement (RFS) is required: $20,000 for a 2-year RFS; $33,200 for a 3-year RFS; $48,000 for a 4-year RFS. Part-time employees (0.4–0.79 FTE) are eligible at 80% of full-time amounts.
