What you’ll do.
As a Resourcing Lead you will:
- Own the Detailed resourcing process end-to-end, from intake of a new project through to staffing recommendation, decision, and handover to the project lead, balancing project needs, individual development, and the long-term success of Isaac.
- Build trusted relationships across our entire consulting team, acting as the go-to advisor on resourcing decisions and a sounding board for staffing questions.
- Anticipate what’s coming. Partner with project and client leads to understand upcoming demand, highlight trade-offs, and shape resourcing decisions early, driving the group to decisions in the moment.
- Respond to what's changing. Re-prioritize and re-staff in real time as projects evolve - scope changes, client escalations, sick days, and the requests that land on a Friday afternoon. Reset expectations cleanly when things shift
