About the Role
The Resources Planning and Analytics Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery operations. This role is responsible for operational reporting, performance tracking, resource planning, and process improvement to support business growth and delivery excellence.
You will work closely with Delivery Services Leadership, Project Managers, HR, and other stakeholders to manage resource allocation, monitor team utilisation, and support workforce planning across projects and services.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and proactive, with strong experience in operational management, reporting, and resource planning within a fast-paced environment.
