Job Overview
Resources Management Associate in ICT Department to support financial, procurement, human resources, and administrative activities for the assigned project.
Responsibilities
- Support the ICT Business Administration in financial, procurement, human resources and other administrative activities, in line with IOM policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions and payments to staff and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records using the IOM Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in line with IOM financial regulations.
- Assist in monitoring budget versus actual financials for operational activities of the assigned project under ICT Department.
- Carry out assigned tasks related to monthly accounts closure in compliance with the accounts closure checklist.
