Supervisor de Compras Logistics and XPO Logistics are seeking a customer‑oriented, proactive professional for the Supplier Management role. This position focuses on the management of supplier contracts, audits, risks, and continuous improvement of logistics and customer services.
Responsibilities Negotiate, execute, and monitor supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with Procurement procedures and CSR commitments.
Coordinate audits of subcontractors and lead FPI & RFP processes.
Identify, assess, and manage risks (legal, operational, CSR) related to suppliers.
Conduct daily team meetings to review priorities and workload; supervise individual and team performance.
Analyze KPI data to detect deviations, define corrective actions, and report results to management.
Handle incidents and claims, intervene in critical or escalated cases, and drive quick resolution.
