Responsibilities
- Forecast volume, service levels, and staffing requirements
- Develop long-term and short-term capacity & workforce plans
- Compute required FTEs and support strategic planning decisions
- Design and manage efficient staff scheduling
- Monitor KPIs and ensure service level achievement
- Handle real-time adherence and intraday workforce adjustments
- Track attendance, shift changes, and absenteeism trends
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Workforce Planning / Resource Planning in BPO Company
- Strong background in planning, forecasting, and analytics
- Experience in contact center environment is an advantage
