Essential Functions
- Resource Headcount management including existing, attrition and new hire. Analysis versus Budget and Forecast on a monthly basis
- Track joiners moving into / out of teams and ensure profiles creation in enterprise tools of the organization
- Maintain and upkeep of data related to resources (Rate card, Utilization targets, team/product related information)
- Planning and executing periodic Skills assessment process – reporting progress and reporting / analytics of Skills data
- Update and maintain resource project assignments and schedules on enterprise tools
- Tracking resource bandwidth/availability using excel and enterprise tools. Work with Resource managers and Line managers through regular cadence on data validity and accuracy
- Standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to headcount, utilization, compliance and Availability
