Shift Requirements

• Afternoons, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs throughout the resort
• Conduct property walk-throughs and maintenance inspections
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, replace light fixtures, paint, caulk tubs/showers, and complete minor repairs
• Assist with renovation and construction-related maintenance tasks
• Clean up materials and debris after projects
• Coordinate with third-party vendors such as electricians and plumbers
