What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a Resolution Officer to support the Finance and Business Partners of FSS (Financial Shared Services) Accounting Services with respect to the provision of the Specialized Services provided by FSS.
What will you do?
- Coordinate with fellow team members responsible for the JEAAS and Accounts Receivable work to ensure all requests are completed accurately and within the required SLA.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly entry of journals via various application systems ranging in complexity from basic to mid-level with access to EPM and TM1.
- Raise, monitor for aging and payment clearing of various receivable types.
- Review and update SOP and job aid for completeness and accuracy on a yearly basis or concurrent with process changes.
