Resilience & ESG Program Coordinator

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a Business Resilience and Sustainability Coordinator to support Business Continuity Management and ESG programs. The role includes maintaining documents, coordinating activities, tracking deadlines, and preparing materials for senior leaders. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple teams in a busy retail environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of BCM or ESG is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn are most important.
