What You Will Do
- Leasing and Administration: Request and obtain current and future rental vacancy information; keep availability list updated; process paperwork and show available units; maintain market rate knowledge; vet tenant applications; ensure delivery of rents and other monies; control move‑in/move‑out scheduling and inspections; negotiate leasing agreements; ensure security; prepare incident reports; coordinate lease documentation; update tenant information; schedule pest control; deliver required forms.
