Residential Production Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail, strong systems knowledge, and a proven ability to keep a fast-moving residential construction program on track.

As the Production Coordinator, you will be the operational engine behind every home built. You will own the production side of the build process within Newstar—from model setup and takeoffs to purchase orders, variance purchase orders, draw verifications, and trade coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building efficient systems, managing details, and ensuring production schedules stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up new models, room measurements, sales information, and takeoffs in Newstar to support new lots and community releases.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Newstar product library, including standard specifications, upgrades, and option pricing.
