Residential Building Superintendent Role

Enhance tenant satisfaction as a Residential Building Superintendent at Osgoode Properties. You will oversee maintenance tasks and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for all residents.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, this position is integral in maintaining building safety and cleanliness. Duties include performing minor repairs, cleaning common areas, and liaising with contractors. Exceptional communication skills, both in English and, ideally, French, are essential, alongside a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular cleaning of common areas and tenant spaces
• Manage maintenance requests and perform minor repairs
• Daily inspection of outdoor grounds and building exteriors
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
• Assist in seasonal duties like snow removal and gardening
