Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

This role plays a critical part in ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.

You will work closely with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to oversee site activities, monitor construction quality and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and mission‑critical projects.

• Monitor, supervise and inspect M&E works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements
• Ensure all site works are carried out safely and aligned with project quality standards
• Conduct inspections and identify any non‑conformities, discrepancies and technical issues during construction
