Your Responsibilities
- To assist the Architectural Qualified Person (QP)/ Superintending Officer’s Representative (SO Rep) in carrying out supervision works on site, including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the SO Rep, and assist on supervising & coordination with other Resident Technical Officers at site.
- To check that contractor executes preliminaries items according to the contract documents and as required by prevalent Authorities’ regulations.
- Review all relevant documentation, take appropriate measures, and carry out quality control and inspections of architectural works to ensure they meet the required standards set by the Architectural QP / SO Rep and specified in the contract documents.
- To check and verify drawings, service routes and Contractor's setting out points. To report any discrepancies or deviations to the Architectural QP / SO Rep.
