RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (ARCHITECTURAL - LTA Projects)

• Oversee architectural works for assigned projects.

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.

• Review architectural drawings and identify any engineering or design changes.

• Collaborate with architectural consultants.

• Conduct inspections of site works, samples, and related activities.

• Relevant qualification in building or architectural-related studies.

• Registered RTO with IES/ACES.

• Preferably experienced in LTA projects.

• Preferably familiar with BIM for design coordination.

• Minimum 2 years of RTO-related experience.
