Resident Technical Officer (Arch)

1. Carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the Other Consultants so as to ensure that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy in accordance to the Other Consultants' Specifications.

2. Monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.

3. Ensure that all submissions by the Contractor are in proper order.

4. Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Other Consultants, SRA or RA.

5. Assist with the inspection of pre-cast elements at the casting yard, if applicable.

6. Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, material and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
