Duties as an Assistant Property Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, resident portal, and other communication channels.
- Entering approved invoices to Appfolio and making sure they are properly matched to properties, vendors, and work orders.
- Running rental applications (background checks, rental history, employment, etc.) and creating reports for the property manager.
- Creating new leases and lease extensions for tenants and updating the information on tenant's profile once they're signed/renewed.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, renewals, and service requests in AppFolio.
- Generating monthly reports for occupied viewings.
- Once invoices are paid, mark them as paid and drop under property or tenant's profile.
