- To assist Qualified Person (Supervision) in ensuring the works is carried out in accordance to approved drawings
- Manage a team of Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site supervision
- Liase and conduct inspection with Contractor and Consultant
- Oversee all aspects of the project and keep record of works, materials, attend meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions etc.
- Accredited as a Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
- Degree in civil and structural engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- Literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer softwares. E.g. Microsoft office
