Resident Engineer, Civil & Structural

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering excellence on-site
• Ensure that construction activities align with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines
• Provide engineering solutions to site issues and coordinate with discipline leads
• Oversee site activities and offer technical advice on construction and design matters
• Review technical submissions and contractor drawings in consultation with project leads
• Ensure compliance of works with approved drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and the supply chain to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor daily construction activities and conduct regular site inspections
• Verify materials delivered to site meet specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and progress
