- Ensures reliability of equipment of assigned department/area
- Schedules all equipment for Preventive Maintenance through CMMS
- Monitors and analyzes water and electrical consumption of assigned department/area
- Ensures compliance to housekeeping rule of MEPFS Facilities
- Manages documentation of unusual incidents, proper reporting and escalation
- Evaluates the contractor’s service reports through inspection
- Prepares documents for projects, plans and activities such as cover letters, technical report and synopsis for project approval
- Assists in the assessment and approval of work permit/hot works permit of tenants and contractors
- Leads MEPF related Adhoc/Special Committees in terms of meetings, issues discussion, standardization
- Prepares MSRS, FAPR and billings including the supporting documents such as synopsis, justification form and lay out/specification
