RhynoCare is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to work in Long Term Care facilities in Kitchener, ON. You will be hired and onboarded with RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities
- Observe the patient(s) assigned so as to support a safe and caring environment for the patient(s).
- Ensure the safety of residents directly relating to violent outbursts of assigned resident, escalating to healthcare staff when necessary
- Provide 1 to 1 compassionate supervision services for residents with behavioural concerns
